Secretary Worksheet Download

	 The purpose of this Excel worksheet is to aid the congregation Secretary in accumulating the monthly service reports of congregation members. All summations are calculated by Excel, so the Secretary no longer has to add totals. It is an aid, not to be used to replace any forms now used.	

	This download is for up to ten elder groups but can be modified for more or less. The last sheet has totals for all ten groups. It is only necessary to enter the publishers time from the field service report.
	
	It is important to note than it will require modifications to fit your congregation if you have more than ten groups or if you would like the elders name on the bottom tab of each sheet and in the heading at the top of each sheet instead of Name1, Name2, etc. If you would like to keep a copy for every month, save it as 2012 MM Secretary Service Worksheet xls.xls or 2012 MM Secretary Service Worksheet xlsx.xlsx. Remember to change the date on every worksheet at the top for every new month. The worsheet with an extension of .xlsx is for Office 2010; .xls is for previous verions of Office: 97 through 2007.
	
	If you are unfamiliar with modifying an Excel worksheet, please find someone in your congregation who is. If not a brother, many sisters work at places where Excel is used and are proficient in using it.
	
	Column B has the publisher name, column C has a P, R, or A indicating whether this person is a publisher, regular pioneer, or auxiliary pioneer. This is important, as this column is used for accumulating totals at the bottom of the worksheet and on the last worksheet, which contains totals for all the worksheets.

Below is the last sheet, Totals for all groups. These totals are
accumulated by Excel so nothing is entered by the Secretary.

From the below screen shot, you can see than many months can be stored
in advance with the correct dates already added. When this is done, the
next month worksheets can be printed, with no data, and given to the
specific elders to fill out for the next month. See below.
